Website Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the CloudERP Accounting & Business Solutions website. They do not govern any professional engagement between us — that is covered by a separate engagement letter.
Version 1.0 · Effective 12 September 2026 · Questions to info@clouderpaccounting.com
1. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, to interfere with its operation, to submit false or automated enquiries, or to use it in a way that could damage it or affect anyone else's use of it.
2. Information on this website
The content on this website is general information about accounting, tax, business systems and management practice. It is written to be accurate and useful, but it is not advice, and it is not a substitute for advice on your specific circumstances.
Accounting standards, tax law, filing deadlines, rates and thresholds change. We do not publish rates or thresholds on this website precisely because a figure that is out of date is more damaging than no figure at all. Where specific figures matter, they are given in an engagement against the position in force at that date.
Before acting on anything you read here, discuss your circumstances with a qualified adviser. We accept no responsibility for action taken on the basis of this website's general content.
3. Professional engagements
Nothing on this website creates a professional relationship between you and CloudERP. An engagement begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter setting out the scope, responsibilities, fees and terms.
Sending an enquiry through this website does not create an engagement, and we are not acting for you until an engagement letter is in place. Where a matter is urgent, say so in your enquiry or call us directly.
4. Enquiries and confidential information
Forms on this website are for general enquiries. Please do not send passwords, bank details, tax identification numbers or other sensitive information through them.
Information sent through this website is transmitted over an encrypted connection, but no method of transmission is completely secure. Once we are in contact, we will agree a secure route for documents.
Sending us an enquiry does not by itself create a confidential client relationship or prevent us from acting for another party. Conflicts are checked when an engagement is considered.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, illustrations and downloadable resources on this website belong to CloudERP Accounting & Business Solutions unless stated otherwise.
You may download and print resources for internal business use, and you may share links to our pages. You may not republish our content, remove attribution, or present it as your own without written permission.
Third-party product names — including accounting and ERP platform names — are used descriptively to identify the software we work with. Those names belong to their respective owners, and their use here does not imply endorsement or a commercial relationship unless a specific page states one in writing.
6. Links to other websites
This website links to a small number of external sites, including WhatsApp and Google Maps. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Availability
We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be withdrawn. Where a change affects a service you are using, we will give notice where it is practical to do so.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CloudERP Accounting & Business Solutions is not liable for loss arising from use of this website, including indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, revenue or profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any professional liability is governed by the engagement letter, not by these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
10. Contact
