We are an accounting, tax and business systems consultancy working with Nigerian businesses across Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. Our work sits at the point where financial expertise, business process and technology have to agree with each other — which is where most businesses run into trouble.

What we do

Three disciplines, one team

Accounting and systems are usually bought separately, from people who do not speak to each other. The result is a well-configured system feeding the wrong numbers, or reliable accounts assembled by hand from a system that cannot produce them. We do both, in the same team, which is the whole point.

Financial clarity

Reliable accounts, reporting you can actually use, and visibility over how the business is really performing — not a set of numbers assembled three weeks after the month closed.

Operational efficiency

Connected systems and structured processes, so sales, stock, purchasing and the ledger describe the same reality and your team stops re-keying the same information.

Practical advice, stronger controls and information that supports decisions — so management acts on evidence rather than on instinct and last month’s memory.

How we work

The principles we hold ourselves to

Say the honest thing

If a platform does not fit, we say so. If a tax position cannot be supported with documentation, we say so. If the answer is that you do not need us yet, we say that too. Advice that only tells you what you want to hear has no value.
Write it down

Scope, assumptions, decisions and configuration are documented. Not for bureaucracy — because a decision that is not written down gets relitigated, and a configuration nobody documented gets broken.
Leave the client capable

Procedure manuals, configuration records and trained staff are deliverables, not extras. We would rather be re-appointed than be indispensable.
Treat client data as client data

Access on a need-to-know basis by named staff, credentials held securely and never shared by email, access withdrawn when an engagement ends. Financial records are among the most sensitive documents a business holds.

Consultants across three cities

CloudERP is led by a managing director with a consulting team covering tax, financial services, audit and business relationships across Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. Individual biographies and photographs will appear here once they have been approved for publication.

Head office

Ikoyi sits at the centre of Lagos' professional services district, close to the banks, law firms, property companies and multinationals that make up much of our client base. On-site meetings are held by appointment; remote working sessions are available for teams based on the Island or the Mainland.

Regional office

Our Abuja office serves federal agencies, development organisations, cooperatives and professional firms across the FCT and the North. Being in the Central Business District puts us close to the regulators, ministries and donor-funded programmes that shape much of the reporting work we do here.

Regional office

The Port Harcourt office supports trading, logistics, oil-and-gas services and manufacturing businesses across Rivers State and the wider South-South. Much of the work here involves multi-site stock control, contract billing and the reporting required by larger customers and joint-venture partners.

What we do not do

The limits of what we promise

It is worth being explicit about this, because the sector is full of claims that do not survive contact with reality.

We do not guarantee tax savings, funding or business outcomes.
We do not publish client counts, saving percentages or performance statistics we cannot evidence.
We do not claim authorised reseller or certified partner status with a software vendor unless we hold it in writing.
We do not describe an engagement as a statutory audit unless the responsible licensed practice is confirmed.
We do not publish fixed prices, because the drivers behind cost vary too much for a published figure to be honest.
